The Summerlake Breeze is a quarterly publication distributed to all residences within the Summerlake Community. General contents include information regarding current and upcoming events, community updates, and a message from the HOA president. Certain distributions may include the annual pool membership form which should be completed each year to ensure the information in our system is up to date.
The Summerlake Board of Directors meet monthly to discuss current and new business realting to all matters affecting our community and its residents. All residents are welcome to attend these sessions. In lieu of attending in person, meeting minutes will be posted here once reviewed and approved. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the bi-annual Homeowners Association sessions held each spring and fall. Meet the board and make your voices heard. Budgets and old business will be reviewed and the table opened for new business. This is a great opportunity for all residents to participate in the betterment of Summerlake. Again, once reviewed and approved, the minutes will be posted here. Meeting minutes for HOA sessions are not approved until the following HOA session so they may take longer to be available.
